Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at ask.dealsonpaws.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
dealsonpaws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, dealsonpaws  will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at ask.dealsonpaws.com 

Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping and cost of shipping for returned items. Returned items are to be mailed to an special adress (ask us by email: ask.dealsonpaws.com )

A refund will be granted  to the payment method on file when the item is received by our support team.
